Rihanna and A$AP Rocky's daughter Rocki is already a two time cover star, and she is not even a year old yet. Months after making her debut with her mother on the U.S. edition of W in April, Rocki now appears alongside her father on the cover of W China's love issue, with her first birthday arriving September 13. The magazine also shared behind the scenes footage from the shoot showing father and daughter together.
What Rocky said about the shoot
Speaking with the magazine about unconditional love, Rocky said he thinks everyone longs to love someone without expecting anything back, and that he feels lucky to have three children he gets to love that way. His hope for a daughter was not exactly a secret. In an October 2025 cover story for ELLE, while Rihanna was pregnant with their third child, he said he was praying for a girl and felt like this pregnancy had a different energy than the two before it, when the couple welcomed sons.
Becoming a girl dad
In November, not long after Rocki's birth, Rocky spoke with ELLE at the CFDA Fashion Awards about finally becoming a girl dad. He thanked God for a successful birth, said he felt like he was in heaven, and jokingly welcomed himself into what he called the girl dad brotherhood, encouraging other fathers of daughters to stick together.
