Taylor Swift is clearly loyal to the labels she loves. On Monday night she stepped out in New York City with Travis Kelce to celebrate his 37th birthday, wearing her second Simkhai dress in just three days. For dinner at Torrisi in SoHo, she chose the brand's black Zinnia Midi, a sleeveless cashmere piece with a V neck and floral lace trim along the hem, layering an oversize black leather Saint Laurent jacket over it and leaving it open to show the lace neckline underneath.

## A monochrome finish

Swift finished the look with black strappy Jimmy Choo sandals and a Givenchy Voyou bucket bag, keeping the entire outfit in black. Kelce wore a dark green sweater with charcoal trousers and black leather shoes, and the two were photographed holding hands as they arrived at the restaurant.

## Where the Simkhai streak started

The run of Simkhai looks actually began over the weekend, when Swift made a surprise appearance on Saturday Night Live on October 3, joining Dakota Johnson during her monologue and returning at the end of the episode with a birthday cake. For that appearance she wore a plaid Simkhai minidress paired with Burberry leather boots, a Saint Laurent chain belt and a Cartier bracelet. Two public looks from the same label in three days is notable for Swift, whose wardrobe usually rotates between major fashion houses and newer names, though Simkhai is not entirely new territory. She has worn the Los Angeles based brand on outings with Kelce dating back to 2024, and the latest look continues a recent run of black evening wear that included a sheer Tamara Ralph corset with a sparkling silver skirt at the MTV VMAs in September and a black floral Givenchy gown for her Songwriters Hall of Fame induction in June.
